Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will receive all remaining available items from your order.
Most orders take up to 1-2 business days to process. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.
Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 1 p.m. local time. Orders placed after 1 p.m. local time will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit-card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Weight and Shipping
If a package weighs more than 70 pounds, items may be split into two or more boxes and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking orders. An item of more than 70 pounds that cannot be split into multiple boxes will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may take additional time - up to 5-7 days - to reach you.
